Your initial session includes a full body assessment and a personalized plan, followed by your 1-on-1 treatment.

How do Chiropractic Adjustments work?
A chiropractic adjustment applies a precise, controlled force to a restricted or misaligned joint — most commonly in the spine, but also in the hips, shoulders, and extremities. This restores normal joint motion, reduces nerve irritation, and allows the surrounding muscles to relax. The "popping" sound sometimes heard is simply gas being released from the joint capsule, not bones cracking.

Yes. Most extended health benefit plans in BC cover chiropractic care. We direct bill to most major insurers including Manulife, Sun Life, Pacific Blue Cross, Great-West Life, and more. ICBC patients are also covered with $0 user fee for initial and follow-up appointments.
