Rajan Cheema
Physiotherapist
Rajan is a multilingual Registered Physiotherapist (English, Punjabi, conversational Japanese) who completed his Master of Physical Therapy (MPT) from the University of British Columbia. With a strong background in scientific research (B.Sc. in Molecular Biology and Biochemistry), Rajan believes in evidence based treatment interventions that are unique and individualized to the client.He uses a combination of hands on techniques, gentle movements and education to help clients achieve their movement related goals and become pain free! Rajan has experience treating a wide range of clients including: high level performance athletes, ICBC claims, post-operative and the everyday worker. He has a special interest in treating shoulders, knees, neck and back pain. He also has completed his Level I training in Orthopaedic Manual Therapy.When not treating clients, Rajan enjoys Muay Thai, kickboxing, volleyball, weightlifting and eating a wide variety of food!
